Edward T. Fleming has 20 years of experience as an aerospace professional, primarily in the field of satellite operations and ground system development. As Senior Manager of Integrated Space Launch, Mission and Ground Operations for Orbital Sciences Corporation, he is responsible for supervising 70 employees, managing projects, scheduling staff, and developing statistics. Orbital Sciences Corporation is an aerospace company that provides engineering, production and technical services for NASA, the Department of Defense, and various commercial and academic space programs. Mr. Fleming became involved in his profession because he had been interested in the space field from childhood. He attributes his success to being practical, and having an excellent team supporting him.
Mr. Fleming received a master of science in project management in 2009 from Colorado Technical University. He holds a bachelor of science in aerospace engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. In 2010, he distinguished himself from other members by becoming a Cambridge Who's Who Outstanding VIP of the Year. In the future, Mr. Fleming looks forward to developing his department further.
