Jessica Lynn Pierose has refined her craft to mastery
/Aerospace - Aviation PR News/ -- SANTA MONICA, CA, August 05, 2010, Jessica Lynn Pierose, Artist for Pierose Productions, has been named Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year in Glass Etching & Aviation Art. While inclusion in Cambridge Who's Who Registry is an honor, only two male and two female members in each discipline are named the Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year. The Cambridge Who's Who selection committee chooses these special honorees based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, and leadership abilities.
A prolific artist in every sense of the word, Jessica Lynn Pierose has refined her craft to mastery. Through her medium of etched and deep carved glass, she has hewed a truly international career in aircraft interior design, specializing in etched bulkheads, mid-cabin dividers and shower doors. Ms. Pierose has enjoyed 25 years in custom art and design concept, enlivening with her unique aesthetic the environments of clients the world over. The highlights of her storied career include developing trophies for the USPA Polo Games sponsored by the Prince of Wales, and deep carving The Spirit of Ecstasy on crystal coffrets commissioned by Rolls Royce USA. Her designs have also brought art into the interiors of aircraft flown by dignitaries and royalty worldwide.
Gifted with a natural talent, Ms. Pierose was an artist from girlhood, painting watercolors and placing third in a California-wide fine arts contest as a student. She went on to complete her training at the Otis Parsons College of Fine Art & Design. She attributes her success to self-motivation, an unwavering passion for the arts, and the influence and support of her own creative family. As a professional artist, Ms. Pierose has built her career on the belief that opportunity strikes on a daily basis. This same conviction she strives to instill in the art students and other aspirants whom she mentors; by her own successes, she hopes to demonstrate that all artists must possess the ability to recognize opportunity, the courage to reach out and take hold of it, and the persistence to see every undertaking through from development to completion.
Ms. Pierose is a certified supplier for such finishing companies as Gulfstream, Dassault Falcon Jet Corp, Gore Design Completions, Associated Air, and Bombardier Aerospace. She is a member of the National Business Aviation Association.
