Barfield Inc. is a Sabena technics company which has been in the component repair business for more than 60 years. They are involved in the maintenance, repair and overhaul of avionic components. The company also manufactures and sells ground test equipment. They have three locations in service locations in Miami, Florida, Phoenix, Arizona, and Louisville, Kentucky. Barfield is a major supplier of "Nose to Tail Support" handled within their Airlines Program activity.
Mr. Noto possesses extraordinary expertise in legal areas of aerospace, aviation, commercial, contracts, corporate, employment, environmental, litigation management, mergers, acquisitions, tort and real estate law. During his educational career, Dino earned a Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra Law School in 1986 and B.B.A. in Accounting from Dowling College in 1983. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the District of Columbia Bar Association. Mr. Noto is also an Authorized House Counsel in the Florida Bar Association.
