Mr. Younker became involved in his profession because of his interest in aviation and the inspiration of his friend's father, who was a pilot.
In 1987, Mr. Younker received his Bachelor of Arts in Aviation Maintenance Management from Saint Louis University Parks College of Engineering, Aviation and Technology. He aspires to become a team leader in the company.
