Mr. Harding has 13 years of professional experience, with the last five of those years spent in his current position at Century Fasteners Corp., a distribution services company that deals in military, aerospace, medical, commercial and electronic products and boasts a 50-year history of superior customer service. An expert in process and product improvement, he is responsible for overseeing operations and staff, purchasing, negotiating, and resolving technical problems. A graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, Mr. Harding completed his MBA in 1998.
